Service Description
This offering is designed to promote balance in the mind, body, and nervous system. We will begin with 40 minutes of Slow Flow style asana (postures/movement practice), moving intentionally and purposefully. This portion of the class will involve both flowing sequences and moments of stillness, targeting strength and flexibility to cultivate a calm and balanced inner landscape. We will then transition to finding comfort on the floor, where a 30-minute sound journey will be offered. This sound journey will incorporate a variety of instruments, guiding you on an inward exploration and potentially into a deep meditative state. During sound baths, comfort is a very important component to facilitate the ability to drop inwards. Therefore, blocks, straps, blankets, and eye pillows are all provided. Mats are also available if needed. Unfortunately, bolsters will not be provided; however, please feel free to bring your own pillow or bolster if you own one. The goal is to ensure you are as comfortable as possible for this unique experience of the senses.
